What kind of food products do you sell?
We sell 7 Veggie All-Purpose, All Natural, Vegan sauces, all made with high-quality ingredients and crafted for freshness and flavor.
What is your story?
The story is quite simple. Our founder is a mom. This is her story.
“Just like every mom, I wanted convenience, but more than that I wanted to give my family a balanced healthy meal. Every sauce I picked had lots of additives and preservatives or didn’t have enough vegetables. I really wasn’t happy with the alternatives available, so I started creating these vegetable-based sauces. My husband would use them to make a variety of meals while I was travelling or was busy at work. Before I knew, an idea was born.
Every bottle is packed with 7 or more veggies, has no additives or artificial ingredients. I call them ‘magic potions for everyday or gourmet meals.”

Are your products suitable for vegetarians or vegans?
Yes, our sauces are plant-based and suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Do you offer any bundle deals?
Yes, we offer a "Power Pack" combo that includes one each of our signature sauces: 7 Veggie with Beets and Basil, 7 Veggie with Lentils, 7 Veggie with Carrot and Lentil, and 7 Veggie with Squash Masala. This pack is perfect for meal planning and offers a variety of flavors.
How should I store the products?
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, please store in refrigerator. Our sauces are all natural and contain no additives, so separation may occur.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Each sauce has a best-before date printed on the packaging. We recommend consuming the sauces before this date for optimal flavor and quality.
How are your sauces produced?
Greens & Beans sauces are handcrafted in small batches in Canada, using real, whole ingredients — never shortcuts. Every pouch blends at least 7 vegetables for maximum nutrition and flavor, all natural and without additives.

What ingredients are used in your sauces?
Our sauces are crafted with a blend of at least 7 Veggies wholesome, herbs and spices. Two of our sauces use Lentils for added wholesomeness. For instance, the "7 Veggie with Carrot & Lentil" sauce combines carrots, lentils, and a medley of seven vegetables, and "7 Veggie with Lentil" Each product page provides a detailed list of ingredients.
How spicy are your sauces?
All our sauces are flavoured to cater to a broad range of palates. Each sauce is thoughtfully seasoned to highlight its natural ingredients: The 7 Veggie with Squash Masala features warm Indian spices like turmeric, cumin, coriander, and curry powder—delivering a cozy, aromatic flavor without being hot. The 7 Veggie with Carrot & Lentil has subtle notes of ginger that add a gentle zing and brightness, not spice. Our goal is to make nourishing meals that are flavorful, not fiery—so you can always add spice if you like, but you won’t need to worry about heat.
Why do you use lentils in your sauces?
Lentils are a natural source of plant-based protein, fiber, iron, and essential minerals. In our 7 Veggie Carrot & Lentil and 7 Veggie with Lentils sauces, they not only add rich nutrition including protein, but also give the sauce a satisfying, creamy texture—without the need for cream or dairy.
What makes your sauces packed with "goodness"?
We believe real food should be both nourishing and delicious. Each of our sauces is made from scratch using wholesome vegetables, and balanced flavours. No additives. No fillers. Just pure, natural goodness.
How many vegetables are in your sauces?
Each of our sauces is made with seven different vegetables. For example, our Beets & Basil sauce blends beets, tomatoes, carrots, and more for a naturally sweet, earthy flavor. This diverse vegetable mix delivers essential vitamins, antioxidants, and plant-based nutrients in every bite. Make sure to check the labels for information across all the sauces
Are your sauces high in protein or fiber?
Yes! Thanks to legumes like lentils in sauces such as 7 Veggie Carrot & Lentil and 7 Veggie with Lentils, our products are naturally high in plant protein and dietary fiber—perfect for supporting digestive health and helping you feel full and energized.
Why should I choose a veggie and lentil-based sauce over traditional sauces?
Unlike traditional sauces that may rely on cream, butter, or additives and —like the Squash Masala made with turmeric, cumin, and yellow squash—are made entirely from vegetables and legumes. They’re naturally lower in fat, nutrient-dense, and ideal for plant-based or just plain good eating.
